Spreading some love ♥

Good afternoon, Interwebs! How is everyone’s day so far? It’s very bright and sunny out where I am- there are flowers peeping out from everywhere! Although I’m personally partial to gloom and rain, I have to admit that seeing the grass look like little blades of emerald is magical to see.

And what else is magical?

Yes, you.

Your words. Your thoughts & actions & quirks & laughter.

Everything you are and do is powerful, and influences your entire life and all it touches.

So today, use your power for good. Love yourself, love others, and let your kindness touch all corners of the earth! I feel good about myself today, and I want you to, too. So do something to pamper yourself and help someone else out. It can honestly change everything.

What would you do if you truly believed in yourself and your ability to transform things? Would you act any differently than you do now?

  1. Unfortunately, it is still rather gloomy in the grass and flower beds where I live as the magic of spring blossoms has not reached this far north yet. I await the magic of spring but that doesn’t mean I can’t see magic in everything else around me.

As for your questions, self confidence is something that I definitely lack in. I seem to always measure my work against that of those around me even when they’ve been doing it much longer than I have. To truly believe in myself would, I am sure, transform me in ways I couldn’t believe. I am certain that I would act and talk differently. Now it is just a matter of working towards that endgame.

    • That stinks, I hope spring visits you guys soon! It’s a really difficult thing to support yourself 100%; I’m not there yet either. But the fact that you can recognize this is the first and best step to take towards happiness. You’ve totally got the power to do it, just keep on going!

  2. Is anyone ever 100% satisfied that they are beautiful, loved, strong, smart, generous, talented and everything else they wish to be? We are our own worst critics and I say it’s time to let up! Stop comparing yourself to others. You were made to be YOU not someone else (besides, that person’s taken already, duh! Is there room for improvement? YES! But don’t let yourself be stopped in your tracks because you find faults in yourself-keep learning, keep loving, and you will realize the fantastic person your friends know you are.
